We invited Big Moves to star in our Curve Basix video. Since finding out about them, we were eager to collaborate with them. Big Moves "is the only service organization in the world dedicated to getting people of all sizes into the dance studio and up on stage." They provide a safe, welcoming, body-positive atmosphere for people to train, learn choreography and perform in full-length dance productions. They are a volunteer-run, not-for-profit organization who rely on their annual fundraising events and donations from supporters to fund their programs. We filmed the Big Moves crew as they went through dance warm ups and routines, giving the Curve Basix a test run - or test dance - before the Curves Basix was was released. We paired their Curve Basix with a solid Heather Grey version of the Lilian tank (this is not available for sale). At the end of filming every dancer was so happy with the fit of the Curve Basix, they were most excited about not having to pull their pants up after every move. I think the Curve Basix passed the test - Yay!
