- Please use the email you used to place the order. All emails from Rainbeau Curves will be sent to that address.

- If you're requesting an exchange, please let us know what item you'd like to exchange for in the "Customer Notes" section of the form.

- Please note that there are 3 different return types: Credit, Replacement, and Refund. Please choose the appropriate return type when submitting.

- We currently cannot accept exchange requests for international customers, but we are able to accept refund or store credit requests.

- Once you submit a request, please wait for an email approving it. It should take less than 1 business day to receive an approval email. The approval email will have the address you need to send your return to.
