Hello from Jamie Pereira-Quon,  your Rainbeau Curves Technical Design and Fit expert… and Rainbeau Curves customer!

I’ve been a member of the team here at Rainbeau for over 16 years, with over 30 years’ experience in manufacturing women’s’ and children’s’ clothing. I’ve been designing and sewing for myself, family and friends for as long as I can remember, and am fortunate enough to be able to follow my passion right here at Rainbeau!  I have a dedicated and highly experienced team of Technical Designers and support staff working for me, dedicated to making sure our garments have superior fit and functionality, while being fun to wear, flattering and affordable.

This month we are introduced our collection of Curve Basix. Our Designers and technical team have conducted extensive research to be sure that we’re bringing you the best product possible with this new group. All styles are constructed of high quality cotton spandex blend, with 12% spandex for superior fit and comfort, with wicking properties to help keep you cool whatever your activity.

We engineer our patterns to provide a wide range of body types with the most figure flattering fit possible. For example, our Basix legging have seaming that creates body contouring shaping, hugging your curves all the way down the leg. Our contoured waistbands stay put comfortably without rolling or cutting in, and thoughtful details such as flat seaming to prevent chafing, lined gussets for increased ease of movement and handy hidden waistband pockets are designed into most styles. Our Basix compression legging is sized just right, with power-stretch mesh inside the wide shaped waistband and side panels, adding just the right amount of extra control.
