It is important to start slow and gradually increase your efforts. Keep in mind, your body is going through changes it isn’t used to. This is why it is also important to stretch. If you are focusing on leg exercises for the day, make sure to warm up and stretch your legs to prevent any injuries. You also need to remain hydrated. Taking care of your body is vital.
Once you are warmed up and ready to go, then you can start exercising. For any beginner, it is good to switch up your workouts. There are several different forms of exercising, such as cardio and strength training, and it is important to alternate.
