Valerie Sagun of Big Gal Yoga shows you how to get into a Camel pose safely. This exercise opens up your chest/heart and creates more flexibility in your spine.

This exercise requires you to be extra cautious, go slow and listen to your body.

-Be careful to not over extend and bend your spine
-Use blocks to help you reach a comfortable position
-Breath through each movement
-Use your arms to make fluid transitions to each side
-Keep you neck straight
