Happy 2019! It’s time to set our goals for the new year. The new year is the best time to make positive changes in your life, and we are going to do it together! We’ve covered how to set fitness goals in the past, but here’s a list of our top goals for curvy women in 2019:
Stay Strong. Life gets tough and throws you all kinds of curve balls, but you got this. Just keep going. You are stronger than you think.
Eat Healthier. Life is all about balance, so snacking and desserts are accepted. However, in this day and age, there is so many food products that are not good for you. Try to eat healthier – it could even be as simple as more home cooked meals than eating out. Whatever you are comfortable with, but let’s start eating healthier together.
Start a Fitness Journey. Everyone enjoys exercising in her own way. Find an enjoyable exercise and continue with it! Also, let’s try something new. Push ourselves in ways we never have before.
Self Love. This one is the most significant goal on the whole entire list. Often, we are our own worst critics. Let’s stop that and love ourselves. Focus on the positive. We are all empowering, beautiful women!
