With the spring season here, let’s discuss some awesome outdoor workouts to take advantage of while the weather is nice!
This is one of our favorite activities when the weather cooperates. Not only is it a great workout, but you also get to enjoy amazing scenery and breathe fresh air.
Find an open court
Whether it is a tennis court and you play a match of tennis, or a basketball court and you play a game of pick up – finding an open court and playing a sport is a great outdoor workout.
Walk, jog, or run
With the warmer weather, it is easy to participate in physical activities outside. Take your dog on a walk or go on a run around the block. Take advantage of the outdoor opportunities spring gives us.
Swimming is one of the best forms of exercise, but there are other water activities you can do as well. Paddle boarding is another great workout that focuses on your core. There is also water aerobics which gives you a full body workout.
