  1. Walking. This is something you can do almost anywhere and is very low impact. For beginners, this is the perfect place to start to warm your body up to working out. To keep walking exciting and to push yourself, you can add hills, walk longer, and even change paths.
  2. Swimming. Not everyone has access to pools, but if you do, this is an amazing workout. There are multiple variations you can do. To start, walking in the pool is light impact, yet a good workout with the water resistance. To make it more of a challenge, try swimming five laps in between walking.
  3. Biking. This is a great calorie burner and can be done on a bike or an indoor cycle machine. You can even take indoor cycling classes. All of these are great routines to add into your workout.
  4. Yoga. The art of yoga is a great way to stretch, strengthen, and clear your mind. Try to start or end your workout routines with yoga.
