If you find exercise a little boring by yourself, you might want to consider doing partner workouts. Not only are they great for motivation, but they can be a lot of fun and more challenging at the same time. Partner workouts can be done with a BFF or a romantic partner. The trick is to find somebody that wants to pair up and workout and be challenged. I suggest getting a friend that has about the same workout level as you so you can be a challenge to each other.
