Working With Your Curves in Yoga & Stretching

We all have unique curves, so it's important to acknowledge them when doing any physical actives to prevent muscle strain or discomfort.

Curvy Yoga instructor, Naomi Finkelstein teaches you how to adjust and modify specific stretches to accommodate for your curves. Follow these tips to help relieve any discomfort and/or straining when stretching or doing yoga. Not one body is the same, we each have unique curves and in yoga classes this is not considered. Some poses or stretches may need some adjustments. We want to remind you that it's OK to modify and that you should always do what feels best for you. You are doing a workout for yourself and no one else.
