Try these leg stretches alone or as a modification for a few standing poses in yoga. In yoga, there can be a lot of standing poses, which can be tiring for your legs. Body Positive Yoga instructor, Naomi Finkelstein let's us know it's ok to bring your leg stretches onto the floor. Here she teaches us a few floor leg stretches that will not only stretch out the muscles, but also strengthen them at the same time.
Naomi is wearing a polyester/spandex performance capri that keeps her legs cool during these stretches. Our performance poly/span products all have 12 % Spandex, which gives extra support and flexibility. The tank she is wearing has an inside bra which is perfect for low impact workouts like yoga where a sports bra is unnecessary. She layered her top with a cotton/rayon/span hoodie that is super soft to the touch and will keep you super cool during your work out because of the moister-wicking finish. This hoodie is the perfect cover up when finishing up a work out.
