Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and it's within the date range for your return request type, we will gladly honor a return.

- For customers within the United States, you can request a refund, store credit, or an exchange.

- For customers outside of the United States, you can request a refund or store credit, but exchanges are unavailable.

- Refunds can be requested up to 30 days after you place an order.

- Store credit or exchanges can be requested up to 60 days after ordering.

- The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges and tax/duties/fees, unless otherwise notified.

All merchandise must remain undamaged and unaltered. All garments are subject to inspection. We ask that you allow 5 - 10 business days after we receive your return for it to be processed.


Submit Request

 

Once your return/exchange request has been accepted, you'll be sent instructions on what to do next, including what address to send your return to.

Please do not ship your return/exchange before receiving approval. 

What you need to do:

- Submit a return request by clicking the button above.

- Wait for an approval email from us containing the return address.

- Pack all returning items into a package and include the original receipt.

- Ship your return package with the carrier of your choice.

- Send us the tracking number by responding to the acceptance email.

- That's it! We'll take over from there. 

How Long The Refund Process Takes:

5 - 7 Business Days for your package to get to the fulfillment center.

5 - 10 Business Days for us to inspect and process your return back into inventory and complete the processing of your return

2 - 10 Business Days for your financial institution to post your credit back to your account
